We'd had some bad experiences with tradesmen before we approached Nev, some of them incompetent and unprofessional, others just plain criminal, so we were a little wary about getting more work done. Thankfully this didn't last long, because from the preliminary meeting right through to the job's completion we felt that we were in safe hands with the very best people on the job. Nev was highly attentive to any needs and queries we had, maintaining good communication throughout, and the main joiner on the job, Rob, gave a masterclass in professionalism and workmanship. We couldn't pick a single fault with the process as it was being done, or the finished result. We'd recommend North Manchester Builders to anyone and everyone who's looking to get work done, as it's hard to imagine any other company offering a better service than we received. 10/10..

Nev is an absolute star, from the beginning to the end. We had a kitchen which was poorly laid out and installed by the previous owner and we wanted to modernise it. Nev was patient with us and offered us practical ideas to ensure we used the space properly. Communication was great, especially when we went back with queries. The designs and breakdowns of the cost were clear and so easy to understand. Even when a couple of issues arose, Nev sorted them out and made sure we were completely happy before accepting our final payment. We will be contacting Nev soon to have him design us a new bathroom.

We are so delighted with how Nev, Ben and Ryan have transformed our kitchen. The velux windows, side full height window and bifolding doors allow so much light to stream through and create a wonderful connection between the kitchen and the garden. Just what we wanted. From the initial planning stages through to the building and completion of the project we were very happy with how well the team communicated with us. Any concerns, questions and ideas were discussed thoroughly, and the CAD pictures helped us to envisage how our new space would look. Very reliable and hardworking. NMB came highly recommended, and they didn’t disappoint. The work was completed within the anticipated time scale and the guys were a pleasure to have around.
