Edgerton Bathrooms – Bespoke Design and Layout Reconfiguration
For this beautiful home in Edgerton, our team at NMB Kitchens & Bathrooms completely redesigned two bathrooms. This was to create a more functional and luxurious layout.
We blocked up an old utility cupboard to gain valuable extra space for a new shower room. Built a new stud wall on the landing to reconfigure the layout and make room for a bath in the main family bathroom.
The result is a pair of stylish, light-filled bathrooms finished with high-end fittings, soft green wall tones, and elegant brushed-brass fixtures. Every detail — from the recessed tiled niche and rainfall shower to the matching towel rails and fittings — was carefully chosen to complement the home’s character while introducing a modern, timeless feel.

Project Type: Two-bathroom renovation. To maximise the space, we transformed the existing layout. First, by blocking up an old utility cupboard to gain additional floor space in the shower room. Secondly, we constructed a new stud wall on the landing, allowing us to reposition the bath. This was to maximise space and storage in the master bathroom.

What is the name of this range?
This range is called Newmarket. A contemporary twist on the traditional Shaker style. It features an elegant narrow shaker design. Suitable for either modern or traditional settings. Constructed from 20mm solid ash with natural wood grain visible. Newmarket is available in a choice of six stocked shades as standard however further painted options are available. This range is available in bespoke sizes and bespoke colours.
What Colour Are The Doors?
The client has chosen for their doors a subtle green Fjord to contrast with the Arezzo Brushed Brass accessories. However, you can choose any colour you like from this range. You can also select colours from paint brands such as Farrow & Ball. We just need a sample or the name of your chosen paint.
What Type Of Worktop Did You Use?
The chosen material for the bathrooms worktops, upstands, was in Quartz. This strong and stylish quartz finish is perfect for modern family bathrooms.
What Is The Flooring That You Used?
